About Dr. Akel

Dr. Akel graduated from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Akel has participated in NSU’s Advanced Education in General Dentistry, with an emphasis in Cosmetic Dentistry, Prosthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics. Dr. Akel thrives on providing his patients with confidence and uplifting self-esteem through improved oral health care. Each of his patients receives the personalized attention and the best possible treatment available to give his patients’ healthy big smiles.

Dr. Akel is a member of several Dental and Professional Organizations: The American and Florida Cosmetic Dental Associates; Members of Wellington, Central Palm Beach/Palms West and Boynton Beach Chamber of Commerce; Charity Functions/Church; Cancer Society; Diabetes and Heart Association; Rotary Club, Boys & Girls Club, Special Olympics Sponsor; Local Community Sports Teams Sponsor, as well as Annual Visitations to local Classrooms to Educate students on Oral Hygiene.

About Dr. Ramirez

Dr. Ramirez went to FAU where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Biology.  He also earned his master's degree from Barry University. After that, he moved on to 4 years in Utah to obtain his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. 

 In his spare time, Dr. Ramirez enjoys mountain biking, snowboarding, and paddleboarding. He is fluent in Spanish and is a great addition to our Big Smile Dentistry family.

About Dr. Sadati

Dr. Helya Sadati has lived in Florida since 2003. She graduated from FAU with a degree in biological sciences and obtained her DMD from NSU school of dentistry.

Dr. Helya Sadati provides comprehensive advanced dental care whilst creating a relaxed and comfortable environment for her patients. She prides herself on being very thorough, gentle and compassionate in her treatment approach, focusing on preventative and conservative dentistry. She works closely with her patients and leads the dental team to customize a detailed dental care plan that focuses on promotion of lifelong dental health. She also loves performing the delicate work of dentistry with her hands, and seeing the results.

On her free times, Dr. Helya Sadati enjoys drawing, painting, dancing and also loves to spend time with her family and friends.
